None. Our rental services are a flat rate which includes delivery and pick-up. As long as you follow the guidelines set forth in our rental agreement, you will not encounter additional fees.

What is a roll off dumpster?

A roll off dumpster is a rectangular container with an open top. At JLD, our roll-off dumpsters range in sizes from 15 yard, 20 yard, 30 yard, and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters.

How long can I rent the dumpster?

We have a simple flat-rate price structure to fit your needs -- including a 1-3 days, 1-7 days, 1-14 days, or by the month (1-28 days) rental.

What are the dimensions of each size dumpster?

15 yard - 4.5' tall X 8' wide X 16' long

20 yard - 4.5 tall X 8' wide X 22' long

30 yard - 6' tall X 8' wide X 22' long

40 yard - 8' tall X 8' wide X 22' long

How is a roll-off dumpster delivered?

We deliver it to you. The container is transported on and off site by special roll off trucks. Equipped with wheels to help move it into place our dumpsters are more versatile and easy to use than a regular dumpster.

Once ordered, how long until I can get it delivered?

We can typically have a roll-off dumpster delivered within 48 hours following your order.

Which dumpster size is right for me?

15-yard dumpster: the smallest of our roll-off dumpster sizes, this size is perfect for smaller-scale residential or commercial projects such as yard cleanup, roofing projects and small remodels.

20-yard dumpster: this popular dumpster size can fit about 10 pickup truck loads of waste and debris and is perfect for cleanups, mid-sized commercial projects, and large spring cleaning projects.

30-yard dumpster: perfect for large home remodels and large landscaping projects, this dumpster size is a great option for both residential and commercial use.

40-yard dumpster: this dumpster size can hold large amounts of debris and waste from commercial projects. Ideal for bulky materials and large building cleanouts.

How much space will I need for the roll-off dumpster?

You will need a space of no less than 65' long and 14' wide for delivery. The dumpster itself needs a space of 10’ wide and 25’ long.

Why are there dumpster restrictions and how do they affect my project?

For the safety of our teams and the clients we serve the following restrictions and protocols must be adhered to when renting a roll-off dumpster:

  • The disposal of biohazardous and hazardous waste materials in dumpsters is not permitted.
  • A flat surface should be available for dumpster placement. Our crew requires an area where the dumpster can be safely loaded and unloaded.
